    1. More specialised teachers for kids with disabilities
    2. High standard of education for Deaf students
    3. NZSL is accessible for all students
    4. Make sure Deaf people involved / empowered to make good choices (incl parents of Deaf kids)
    5. Census - poor questions about Deaf people + NZSL users (How many hard-of-hearing? How many Deaf? No data for ie: Deaf kids achieving NCEA)
    6. Poor access for census information - PC access for seniors to complete, lack of advert in NZSL.
