Employment (disability quota scheme)

Workplaces should be required by law to hire an X number of employees with a disability.  

Why the contribution is important

EEO standards and Kotahitanga value calls for this (as well as disability and inclusion principles).  

Diversity and inclusion at work is a business asset.
